 I've already spent one hour out weeding the rest of those pesky bermuda grass runners.  I'm sure I'll spend a few more before the day's done.  Plus I have to mow the grass, which equates to a few thousand steps on my ol' pedometer.

It's raining outside today.  I bought a new exercise ball at Wal Mart.  I blew it up with a hand pump which was HARD!   I have rolled off of it several times trying to do crunches.  It is really hysterical.  Hopefully I will get the hang of it soon.  It is really fun, but if I keep falling off of it, I may break something.  (I'm not talking about in my house....I'm talking about bones in my body).  LOL

I'm back to the gym tomorrow.  It is safer there. 

Rode the motocycle to the lake...Got off, walked all around, and  feed the geese and babies.  Did yoga on my wii for 30 mins. 

Can't wait to get to the Y tomorrow.  I seem to sweat so much more there (lol).

Beautiful day here...   so I got the weeds out of the iris beds, and the other flower beds....  then put kiddo in the stroller and off for a nice afternoon walk!!

Mowed the lawn - it looked like a jungle with the over 7" of rain we've had in the last week. Had to get it cut before it rains again. Where is sun?  I want sunshine, blue skies, and motorcycle ridin' weather!!
